From Spirit to Human in Planet Earth
In this post I am going to write about how spirit descends to earth and give place to human beings according to the teachings of the Ascended Masters.
Traditional mystical teachings have always assumed that Humanity was a finished creation, «human beings» were created with a fixed nature , with an essence that defined them as «humans». A human being could not become, in these theories, something else, he could only aspire to perfect himself according to the nature that God gave him, if he followed the commandments and moral practices given by God.
But what the Masters tell us is that reality is more complex than this, they teach us that, «being human», is just the «first stage» of our journey to grow in spirit, it is just the first degree of our spiritual path. And, for my experience, it might be the most challenging, for one reason to begin with: it is the stage where we have the less developed consciousness and are more prone to make «mistakes».

The incarnation of spirit
Our true individuality is stored in our I am Presence, but this one cannot directly incarnate on earth, so, it sends an extension of itself, that the Masters call the «conscious you». This one has no individuality in himself and has only the sense that «I am» but without adding any characteristics, it is «pure awareness» of the Presence.
When incarnates, the conscious you descends at the 144th level of consciousness and , at that level, takes the first illusion, when it creates the first self. This one is not a lie it is a «sense of identity» and is an illusion because it hides the true identity of the Presence, it is a temporary identity, necessary to interact with earth.
This sense of identity is a self , created in the identity body, the highest part of the human energy field. Like Elohim Cyclopea tells us, this sense of identity is necessary because earth is designed according to a set of conditions and parameters that define all possibilities of life on earth and, in order to live on the planet, there must be a self that take those parameters as the «reality» and so, it identifies with those conditions.
This means that this first self – that is also, the last one to be abandoned when we live earth – has a defined sense of what is possible and not possible to accomplish on Earth and also creates one definition of «reality». However, this first self is not the same for all beings it is in accordance with the individuality of the I am Presence. And it is in connection with the I Am Presence that this first self is created.
Elohim Cyclopea is also very clear when he says that these parameters are not imposed to the conscious you , this one decides freely to accept them. If the conscious you decide not to accept those parameters, it will not continue to descend to the physical plan. And it will be the same in all levels until the 48th[1]
The selves from the 144th level to the 48th are not dualistic, are necessary to integrate the conscious you with the physical body and are the base for the «incarnation» of spirit. Without them, it would not be possible to interact with the physical body or the material world.
The masters call this 1st phase-the descent of spirit- the «immersion phase» where the spirit gives place to the senses and the structures of the material bodies. But, after a period, it begins, ideally, the ascending process from the 48th level to the 144th level, that allows the «awakening» phase that sees each illusion from the 48th to the 144th levels .
In every level of the descent, the conscious you takes the decision to assume the illusion correspondent to that level and, in the ascending process, reverts that decision and recognizes that it is an illusion.
In this process of descent, in connection to the I am Presence, the conscious you accept the parameters defined by the Elohim and an image of our identity on earth, at first in the identity level, after that, in the mental level, after that in the emotional level, and finally at the physical level. These image that descends if projected using the light of our I am Presence.
Given the density of earth, the physical body is created by the parents and their genetics.
The Ascending process of Awakening
After experimenting on earth or other planets, and when we find that we’ve had enough of living identified with the illusion that we are «just mere human beings», we can disidentify gradually from the illusions that go between the 48th and the 144th levels.
Elohim Cyclopea said that, for most human beings, they can only disidentify from the parameters of reality accepted to interact with earth when they enter in the process of the ascension.
But some beings can do it when they are still embodied on earth. And for those who can do it, this is the ability to see through the illusions of the emotional , mental and identity levels and recognize that « I am not my physical body; I am not my emotions; I am not these linear mind judging, comparing, defining, using dualistic concepts; I am not this identity connected to the mortal self ; I am a spiritual being».
Usually, we begin to uncover the unreality of our physical self, or outer personality, when we face the primal self[2]: this one was created on earth, caused by some trauma or deeply shocking experience that was provoked by the fallen beings to attach us to our mortal identity.
I remember a period that lasted for more than one year, when I began to have panic attacks and it was very hard to experience: the fear of death, the sense that I could not breathe, was overwhelming.
I didn’t recognize what was happening to me for a while. But, after some time, I did and said to myself «I am more than this self». And when I believed this, it was over, and I did let die that self that had panic to die.
Much later, I had the Christ vision of the illusion of my emotional body:
I was watching television and on the film passing, some actors were expressing deep emotions. And suddenly, I saw the unreality of our emotions and how they trap us so deeply that we confuse our «humanity» with having «good» or «bad» emotions. I also understood how shocking this finding would be for most people, since we are so used to identify with the emotions. But I knew, very clearly, that «I am not these emotions attached to me».
This discovery also made me remember the expression of Master Gautama «I am awake» and I knew that my experience was the same experience Master Gautama described.
I also found, although before experiencing the illusion of my emotions, the illusion of the mental linear mind, with its processes of judging, analysing, defining, etc., and knew that I am more than that mind, I am one with the mind of my Presence , although not all the time.
And much more recently, I began watching a self that wanted to control my life, wanted to capture all my experiences and noticed that, as much as I tried to let it die, it didn’t die. And was very much puzzled asking «but what kind of self is this, if I already transcended the primal self, and why doesn’t it die, although I see it and consciously try to let it die?
It was only in a conference, precisely this year of 2024, that the Masters helped me to understand it. This is a self, created on Earth when the planet entered in the duality of the separate mind, like Master Jesus told us, some time ago, and tries to block our spiritual growth. It is a self, designed by the fallen beings, to prevent human beings to pursue the path of oneness. But I can transcend it because I don’t see myself as being it anymore.
I want to say that all this never made me feel different from anyone, I never saw this as something «special» and I don’t feel special in any way for having been able to see it . It was an experience like many others.
But there is a reason why I could see this self: and I recently understood that it is in my divine plan to be a pioneer of the kind of human beings that will manifest the Golden Age: I am still on earth, living my usual and common life, like everybody else but what distinguishes me is that I know- from experience- that I am a spiritual being I am not my 4 material bodies;
I am incarnated on a physical body but I am – or can be, because I am still at the beginning of this phase- in command of my 4 material bodies, having the knowledge that I am more than those bodies, I can co-create my own conditions of life in the awareness that this human phase is just the first degree of my spiritual growth.
The humanity in the golden Age will be aware of all this, and I can demonstrate that this is entirely possible. Having passed the Christ initiations with Master Jesus, I am now in the phase of going through the initiations guided by Master St Germain and connecting to his vison of Humanity in that phase of life on Earth.
