Knowing the Seven Rays-7th Ray-Freedom’s Vision
In this post I am going to write about the connections between freedom and vision. Freedom is a creative quality, it projects itself in the future, through some creative activity.
But we can only create what we can imagine and, if we have, in our 3 higher material bodies, images, concepts and beliefs associated only with the material world outside, our ability to create something higher is not possible.
In this case we can only create using psychic energy, an energy that is lower than the high vibration energy coming from the I am Presence.
We Create using the Light From our I am Presence
We know, from the Masters’s teachings, that the light coming from the I am Presence flows to the identity level first, where it is lowered to that level, and assumes some parameters; it flows after that to the mental body where those parameters create beliefs, concepts, images.
And it descends to the emotional body, where it takes direction and movement and, finally, to the physical manifestation. In these bodies it gets colored by the energies we have stored in these bodies. The result is that what we envision and what is manifest are different things.
Master St Germain speaks about symbols or forms, we use to co-create, comparing them to the Plato’s ‘ideas’ in his philosophy. To this philosopher, these ideas were ‘essences’ the pure and perfect spiritual models for what exists in the physical world.
We can have, in our higher bodies, some pure ideas like these. In St Germain’s words: «in your three higher bodies you may, indeed, have certain forms that are more ideal, more pure, more elaborate, more detailed that what is actually manifest in the physical realm».[1]
But usually, these ideas don’t manifest with the same purity in the physical realm. And for most people on a planet like Earth, the forms in higher bodies are not very pure, because most people have a limited vision. But even for this case, the forms in the higher bodies are purer than what is manifest in the physical plane.
Most people on Earth have distorted forms in higher bodies because they have a distorted vision. But among these people there are some that can manifest something in the physical that is very close to what they have in their higher bodies.
Because we can co-create through a higher and through a lower vision.
Not all self-aware beings can co-create using Freedom. This can only be an active quality for those beings who have been following the self-mastery path, seeing themselves as spiritual beings.
Until we reach levels close to the 96th level of consciousness, we are not free, because we are moved by our compulsions and impure images and beliefs in our 4 material bodies.
Freedom is not the Power to Choose What the Mortal – Self Wants
Master St. Germain says, in his book The Mystic Initiations of Freedom[2]:«(…) there is a crucial need to balance your individual will with the will of other people and the overall vision for the planet».
In these words, Master St Germain tells us that «Freedom» is not to do what we want to do regardless of the laws of Creation. Freedom is a quality of God, that supports life. For these reasons, we cannot make choices that go against life. And we can even say that we- our spiritual identity- do not want anything that is against life.
To want something and choose something against life, we must identify with a self, created from the illusion of being separated from life. That is what happened with the fallen beings and is still happening with those beings, and with all human beings that identify with the mortal self.
But are these beings really free? Or is their sense of Freedom just an illusion? If we remember the teachings of the Masters, we know that the separate identity, as a conglomerate of reactionary selves, works as central of programmed apps, ready to use, not being able to jump out of the beliefs that created it and is not capable either of questioning its beliefs.
So, the mortal identity is static, imprisoned in certain images and beliefs that are not questioned and are blindly accepted by the ego. And, most importantly, this separate identity is based in a good number of illusions, or filters, that blind the person to see beyond its definitions and patterns.
But Freedom is the opening to creativity and to the vision of something new, to a project, a creation of something more than what is now. And this is only possible within the Christ mind, not in the linear analytical mind , that can only work within the frame of what is already known.
Freedom is Only Possible Within the One Mind of Christ
The Christ mind is what creates union between any parts of life. Is also based on Love, the unconditional love of the Creator. And works by «seeing» the connections between all parts of life. Therefore, it does not separate, it unites: it sees that all beings, especially all self-aware beings, are part of the whole of life .
So, how could the Christ mind envision that one part of life is more or less than other, or better or lesser than other? That’s why the Christ Mind envisions all human beings as equals, as having the same divine rights given by the Creator.
Every human being has a divine spark coming from the Creator, and the Creator sees no differences, no one is more or less worthy of God’s love.
We need to be in the Christ mind to naturally experience that all human beings are brothers and have equal value. The Christ mind doesn’t need to balance our will with the will of others, because it naturally wants what is best for all.
But the separate mind, born from what the Masters call Cain’s conscience, the envy and resentment of the separate self that measures itself against all others, the separate mind needs to balance its will with anyone else’s will, because it sees itself separate from others.
Or, when we are trapped in compensatory mechanisms like the ones described in a previous post, where people tend to want to do something grandiose, like “do something to end evil” on the planet or see themselves as someone who epically wants to fight for “a great cause” and be a «hero» in the «battle of good and evil», these tendencies come from the mortal self, not from the spiritual identity.
And, until human beings attain the level of Christ mind that accepts oneness of all life, we need to accept the rule that can allow the existence of our individual Freedom and the Freedom of all other individuals.
In Master St Germain’s words: « Your co-creative abilities are exercised based on your will but that will is not a separate will. It is a will that is aligned with the whole (…)your I AM Presence will be in alignment with the whole, with the overall vision for that planet»[3].
And what this means is that every human being is co-creating in harmony when all have the same purpose and general disposition:« Therefore, you are not exercising your will in contradiction to the will of other co-creators around you.»[4]
The truth is that all billions of human beings have free will but they all live on the same planet, and the planet also has a divine plan for its growth and it is only when we identity with the interests of the whole, can we exercise our free will, in accordance with the laws of Creation.
So, we need to consider that, when we «want» something to manifest, it must be in accordance with what is the will of the whole of life. Therefore the “vision” that is at the origin of our act of “will” must be a higher vision than the vision of the self that sees itself separated from the rest of life.
Only when we see more than the interests of the separate ego, can there be Freedom. This is a universal quality and is connected to the whole of humanity, not just one singular human being in opposition to others.
