What Limits our Creativity
In this post I am writing about what limits our creativity. Creativity is one quality of the 1st ray.
Beliefs and Rules limit our creativity
We can say that what limits the most our creativity is the Ego- with its structure of beliefs, fears and, above all, the judgments of the linear mind that cannot see beyond opposite extremes, thinking that, if one isn’t true, it’s the other and can’t be any other way.
The fear of being wrong, of losing credibility if we don’t follow the imposed patterns of what is real or unreal, what is good or evil, what is true or false, etc., the beliefs and multiple fears of “not fitting in”, what the outside world demands of us, is like a straitjacket that forces and imposes the majority’s view of the world and life on us, leaving no room for creativity.
Existing rules imprison us in a rigid matrix that does not accept change and aspires to become permanent as it is. In this framework there is no space for creativity, because this always breaks with what already exists , creativity is the irruption of the new, the unexpected, the transcendence of what exists now.
In the immovable set desired by the external self to keep its illusory sense of security, there is no room for Freedom, either. And yet, we were created to be creative and free. Therefore, the prison of “perfection” set up by the ego, is also an illusion, from which we can free ourselves at any moment, if we choose to do so.
The Ego clings to the rules because this allows it to keep the illusion that it can “predict” its future and, in this way, feel safe against the “dangers” of life. But this is also an illusion that cannot last forever.
The Ego’s Beliefs and Fear Close the Chakras, Stopping Creativity
As we know, the human field of energy is regulated by several chakras. The light coming from the I am Presence flows through the 4 material bodies, where the chakras- that work as valves that can open or close – release the spiritual energy.
But the chakras can become blocked when our mind accepts certain conditions and limitations and can even stop flowing almost completely into our energy field.
There is no external force that deprives us of the spiritual energy flowing through our energy field, it is the beliefs we accept as definitions of what is real or unreal, possible or impossible, that produce this effect.
Without open chakras it is not possible to be truly creative. It is therefore clear that, to be creative, we need to unblock our chakras, so that creative energy can flow in our mind.
And the only effective way to achieve this is the spiritual -mastery path, gradually freeing ourselves from all limitations accepted by the ego, in order to purify the 4 material bodies and unblock our chakras, thus allowing spiritual energy to flow freely through them.
Our sense of identity – identifying ourselves with the outer self and the physical body deeply limits our creative capacity.
This is the sense of self that believes it is powerless to change the external world, and adopts a posture of fear, to defend itself from what is believed to be the ‘dangers’ it needs to protect itself from. Therefore, if we are identified with this self, we are never creative, we are only ‘reactive’.
We have already said in other articles that only when we approach the 96th level of consciousness can we begin to free ourselves from the influence of the ego and recognize our spiritual identity, although we still have many beliefs that self-limit our freedom and creativity at that level.
Above the 96th level of identity – if we have passed the crucial initiation of this level, we begin to dismantle the beliefs, limitations and conditions that we previously accepted, and that we have maintained for many lifetimes.
And although this is a process that can be long, each time we raise one level of consciousness, our creative capacity and freedom increase too, giving way to the ability to co-create our own living conditions, in accordance with spiritual principles.
we stop feeling powerless to change external conditions, and become co-authors, as we are destined to be, of our life and life on the planet.
Why We Need Help to Free Ourselves from the Conditions
We can’t free ourselves from the Ego, without any help. Why? Because, before getting close to the 96th level of consciousness, most people can’t shift from the ego’s mind, to the «conscious you» and see from outside of the ego, what are the conditions. That’s why our ascended Masters have the role of being the Christ consciusness in us, until we are able to do it ourselves.
Like the Masters say occasionally, «you can’t solve a problem with the same mind that caused the problem». Well, the ego is the main reason why we cannot see the conditions that limit us, as it accepts that such conditions are real and are impossible to change.
Furthermore, the Ego is not able to grasp the spiritual identity so, it reasons, using the linear mind, never being able to experience the Christ Mind that is the mind of our spiritual identity.
That’s why we need help from beyond the ego, and this help comes from our Ascended Masters and the «path of seven veils» that I am describing, by writing about the 7 rays, and the teachings of each Chohan of the rays.
When we commit to this path, through our inner power, the I am Presence’s Love and the help of our spiritual teachers (mainly doing the invocations and decrees and studying the teachings they give to us) and connect to our true identity, we get to jump out of the ego, the external self and, after some time, spontaneously, we begin to see its unreality.
At the same time, as we detach ourselves from this external identity, as we connect more to our I am Presence, we receive more light from it. At a certain point, we feel the light around us, It’s an inescapable experience.
Detachment from the Ego and Connection with the I am Presence
When we clearly detach ourselves from the identity of ego, there is no void in us, we don’t arrive at an empty place. On the contrary, we begin to feel whole, and at peace, as we connect more and more with the I am Presence.
We truly regain our original identity, the only real identity of our spiritual beings. And this is the first time, in a long time, that we are beginning to be creative and free.
It is also the time when we let go of the turmoil of the world, we begin to be observers of the outside world, without diving into the turmoil that before made our emotions waver and triggered so many reactions.
We stop reacting and begin to appreciate this wonderful ability to keep our peace even in situations that until recently robbed us of our inner peace.
It is only then that we are creative and free, because we are detached from «the things of the world, acting as anchors for the spirit to manifest its light in the realm of matter, to create real abundance for the whole of life.
At this point we are less and less triggered by the external self, and gradually we stop feeling separated from other parts of life.
Until we leave this world, we still have ego, but its strength no longer exists because we know that we are not ego, we can recognize when some part of it reacts, trying to involve us with the world. But we don’t let it win; it no longer has a victorious pull on us.
It is the destiny of every self-aware life- form to free itself from the influence of the ego. But it is also their freedom to decide if it chooses to do so.
